London-based singer-songwriter Samuel Caney is fueling our daydreams with his nostalgic debut release, “22.”

We had the honor of getting an exclusive first look at Caney’s first single, and we are floored by this artist’s natural talent! The gifted songwriter has managed to sweep us away to our teenage years and is making our hearts swell at the thought of our first kiss. On “22,” Caney details the way one relationship gave him that first love feeling and ended up blossoming into something much bigger than he could have ever imagined.  “I pinch myself to check if I’m dreaming/Maybe that’s cliché, but that’s how I’m feeling,” Caney confesses. 

Caney’s angelic vocals and romantic acoustic riffs fill this love song with intimate emotion and ebullient rhythms. The artist effortlessly steals our hearts with his sweet and sexy lyrics and heartfelt melodies. Through carefully crafted storytelling and playful metaphors, Caney captures the feeling of being in love with someone who makes you feel young and free again. If your SO makes you feel that way, then you definitely need to throw on “22” to remind your lover that being with them is the ultimate youth elixir!
