OLI: “COLD HEARTS”

Winter time can be a season of dark,  dreary loneliness for some. A time of isolation that feels never-ending. Coming out with an impressive new track, OLI talks about just that; surviving those cold winter months. If you are going through a tough time and struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel,  then this is absolutely the song for you.

OLI successfully creates a melancholic, intimate listening experience with her smooth, breathy vocals and hard hitting synths. The musical arrangements are executed with high levels of professionalism, whilst still retaining enough passion to be able to reach and connect with listeners. All audio elements work very well together, and blend to create an emotive, moving track.

The message behind it also one that could not come at a better time; the reminder that cold, winter months will end, and we will once again enjoy summer’s warmth. The metaphorical applications of this message are inspiring as listeners are reminded that whatever hardships they ensure, this too shall pass.
