Youth Sector are making waves with their unapologetic stances and call-it-as-they-see-it initiatives. Most recently, they have stepped up to address the Partygate scandal in the UK with their single ‘The Ball’. Written in response to the recent scandals that very publicly graced the UK political scene, ‘The Ball’ unapologetically voices the group’s contempt for the political leaders and government incompetency permeating their home. Calling for accountability and transparency from the authorities meant to be setting the example, Youth Sector give voice to the widespread feelings of frustration and disdain from the general public. Their unabashed honesty and unpretentious nature is a steep contrast to the politicians that have let them down.
