The Hip Abduction is back and badder than ever with their newest track, β€œCome On Get Up!”

If you’re a fan of roots or reggae fusion music, you are already hip to The Hip Abduction. This six piece musical collective has been huge on the music scene for some time, playing with 311, Ziggy Marley, Matisyahu, and most recently will be playing at the killer California Roots festival in a couple of weeks. Their newest track β€œCome On Get Up” encompasses world pop vibes, the political prowess similar to Bob Marley’s music and a sun soaked vibe. Between the breezy instrumentation and the cool, intricately layered vocals it’s almost impossible to pick a favorite part of this track for us. β€œCome On Get Up” grooves like reggae inspired music, yet it moves like an electro pop trackβ€”making a masterful blend and perfect song for the summer. Don’t worry, we’ve already added this one to our Gas Mask FAVORITES playlist!
