Noorlind: “Landslide”

I want to open this review with a verifiable fact about native New Yorker Noorlind. The man is gorgeous. Now that we’ve gotten the must-know information out of the way, let’s get to the music.

His latest hybrid Electro and Dance track, β€œLandslide” is a beautifully composed work. There is an ease and simplicity to the song that gives it a great ease of access. Sometimes music in this genre can be overstimulating, almost violent in its sound. I felt relaxed, soothed, found myself more often than not closing my eyes and riding the soft rise and fall of soundwaves that lapped at my auditory senses. The melodic vocals in this track hook you immediately, a soft, cooing voice that modulates and distorts smoothly without sacrificing the innate pleasantness of her tone.

We’ll be adding this track to our relax and vibe playlist, and we’re sure you will too! Let us know what you think of this tune on social media today: @gasmakmagazine.
