Mikey’s got a new track that’ll hit you square in the heart. Keep reading to see why we can’t get enough of, “T-Shirt.”
We are loving the work that Mikey has been putting out on the airwaves in 2019. However, Mikey’s newest track “T-Shirt” is a delicious electro pop banger that we are feeling HARD at the Gas Mask HQ. Although “T-Shirt” is about having a broken heart toyed around with, the track presents itself in a palatable, relatable, and overall really cool way. We are really digging Mikey’s vocal prowess on this one; he’s got a beautiful soulful vibe and a southern grit that makes his voice really vibrant in color. His unique voice is supported perfectly by incandescent synths and an interesting soundscape that feels like driving through a city late at night. This is Mikey’s 2nd single in the last couple of months and we hope the train is not stopping anytime soon!
