Delightful, simply delightful. 

Lauren Jaimes delivers a charming Country track with her latest release, “Home Is Where You Are.” This is perfect montage music. I could easily see some rambunctious group of kids making their way across the back country, intercut scenes of nature and zany antics. That pleasant image aside, this is a fun, upbeat song. Her voice is very warm, with a bit of a youthful, almost childlike quality to it. 

The lyrics are simple and straightforward, easy to visualize. Cheerful and pleasant. Country doesn’t always have to be revenge, sorrow and drinking, oh Lord so much drinking. It can be uplifting and fun, reminding you that there is more to life, like home, and you.
