The resounding message of Atlanta-based rapper Dwn2Earth’s latest, “Don’t Play With Me,” is well, just that.

The verse ‘don’t play with me’ is repeated about fifty times to really drive home the song’s message to whomever it is being directed, lol.

“Don’t Play With Me” is a solid collaboration between Dwn2Earth and Ty Dolla $ign. It’s a smooth, mellow hip-hop tune that’s easy on the ears. Better still is that both rapper’s voices compliment the other.

Highlights for me is how the song starts with a strong The Weeknd vibe and finishes with a cool tempo change. Definitely worth a listen.
