Remaining upbeat can be hard with all of the negativity the world throws at us. However, Carmen Justice hasn’t let that stop her! Injecting some much needed positivity into our lives, Justice’s single ‘Glitter’ has captured our hearts! It is THE song to listen to if you’re feeling down and need a pick-me-up.
Providing an empowering message, Justice sings about sharing her ‘Glitter’ everywhere she goes, without letting the gloom of the world get to her. The heartening song has a catchy, dazzling tune to boot. With solid percussions, flaring synths and Justice’s resonant, airy voice, we are provided with a fun-loving listening experience that perfectly delivers Justice’s message.
It is worth noting however, that there is more to ‘Glitter’ than what we see on the surface. Opening up about the difficulty of navigating the music industry, particularly as a woman, Justice decided to shed that weight in order to spread light and gain confidence. Regarding ‘Glitter’, she said, “This song is my theme song and honestly a reminder to myself to not compare my life to others, and to just be myself.”
