Bobbylene: “Stability”

Bobbylene’s “Stability” is poised to have staying power on the charts.

The track starts out as an upbeat, guitar and tambourine driven tune and then slows down into beautiful harmony.  It’s a folk song with a bit of a country feel.  The beginning is reminiscent of a backyard party jam that you’ll want to break out the guitar and sing along to, but once the harmonies kick in, it’ll be hard to keep up with the vocals.

Throughout the song, you can hear the love shared between the two singers.  Bobbylene consists of boyfriend and girlfriend, Bobby Katz and Marlene McCarthy.  The two are from New York City and met while attending college at NYU.  Katz is a jazz saxophonist and McCarthy is a classical pianist, but despite their trained backgrounds, they were able to effortlessly transform into a folk/pop group.  “Stability” is set to be released on August 13.
