I got shades of Boys Like Girls, We The Kings, and even a dash of Say Anything from this fast-paced and fun track. 

Ben DeHan reflects on a relationship that is fulfilling and keeps pace with the rush and chaos of his life in the moment. “Days Go By” is about appreciating and enjoying the company of someone who makes the time go by, not in a flash, but moment by moment, savoring it all. In the hustle of the road, the quick passing of life, he feels he’s missing out, wasting the time he knows could be spent whiling away the hours with someone special. Anything and everything, even watching the weather change, is so enjoyable and worthwhile with this person, that it occupies his every thought. 

That’s something special, and he knows it.
