Angelica Cox has hooked us with her single ‘I’m Freaking Out’, and we can’t get enough of it! If you are having a bad day, perhaps feeling a bit overwhelmed, then you need to give this song a listen; it is an anthem for those who are feeling stressed and, as the song goes, ‘freaking out’.

Acknowledging a fundamental part of the human experience, Cox talks to feeling lost and not knowing what to believe in or do. Losing faith in previous beliefs and navigating this new piece of herself as she progresses through life. Cox’s authenticity and rawness over the situation is not only a statement of solidarity to others that may feel that way, but it also endears her to listeners as she gives voice to the anxiety and stress that all have felt at one point or another in their lives. 

Delivered to us on Cox’s dreamy, passionate vocals, the musical components of ‘I’m Freaking Out’ are delivered to us in a way that enhances the song without detracting from it’s story. Cox manages to blend just the right amount of professionalism and earnest passion in her craft to make for an absolutely top quality piece of work.

We have thoroughly enjoyed ‘I’m Freaking Out’, and the tale it tells. With works such as this, we can’t wait to see what moves Cox will make next!
